11 months old - warranty lasts till September 08.

1680x1050 15.4" widescreen

2GB of RAM, 160 GB, SD slot, remote control

Wifi, 4 USB, webcam

8600GT 256 MB video card, DVD burner

Comes preloaded with English Vista Pro
I can give you a CD of XP if you don't like Vista.

Comes with keyboard, mouse, powerbar, restore CD's, and a Dell carry bag.

Surf and play with a decent lapper. It has a good laptop video card so it can play games no problem. Webpages load faster and you can do multiple applications at the same time with no slowdown.

Good job in posting the specifics of the item for sale, but you forgot to mention an asking price.

Why are you selling it? I presume it functions fine but is it in good shape physically? Also, where are you located? Thanks.

What was the original price? Your laptop is what I'm looking for but your asking price seems a bit much. I'm almost tempted to buy a new one. Are you flexible on the price? Also, do you have a Paypal account? Does it come with all the original installation CDs (drivers, operating system)?

The price is reasonable. If you are patient I am sure someone will buy it at the price you ask. The only thing that should be looked into is whether that graphics card is one of the NVDIA chips that have been prone to high failure rates by NVDIA's own admission.

11 months and not a single video issue. I can even do Bioshock at medium/high no problems.

It doesn't heat up, its pretty quiet, and it can handle any game except Crysis no problem. Call of Duty, WOW, Starcraft 2. . . LOL

If you do buy this make sure you to DELL's website to update the drivers for the video card. I heard they have a patch that is supposed to reduce the likelihood the 8600 and 8800's will burn out before their time. I have to give credit to dell, from what I heard they are the first big company to come out with some kind of fix.
