$10,000 per exchange booth.
You can carry as much as you like BUT there are requirements for reporting and importing more than $10,000 (depending on where you are going to).

ah thats okay then. I am just changing one months salary from won to dollars. RE previous discussions, i am not bothering with travellers cheques.
