Sorry to make another seoul hotel thread, but the search function simply does not work.

i remember about 2 weeks ago someone posted a link to a hotel that was about 40k, seemed decent enough, but spent like 30mins there trying to find the thread.

Any ideas, links etc?

I need to be nearish to the the city hall and/or lotte hotel,
