seriously, I do - for an art project - and can't seem to find it anywhere.

there may be a Korean equivalent but if so, I don't know what it might be so perhaps someone might know?

I know plenty of art stores and have been schlepping around a picture of a bottle of rubber cement to show them and have been trying to explain but to no avail.

You crazy lady, rubber cement!!! Actually my mom is sending a care package if you want me to have her buy some if you can't find any. It will probably be in like 2-3 weeks

I purchased a bottle of rubber cement at a fairly large office and art supply shop. It's the real deal. My director is still stuck to the wall. You should hear him!
