I posted this in Technology forum but I guess that this one gets more traffic so I thought I'd try the post again.

From what I understand about mobile phones in Korea is that a phone made outside of Korea does not work in Korea. Now is that the same the other way around?

Basically what I want to know is will my Haptic work in the UK using a british SIM. I don't mean international roaming as that will cost a bomb, but I want to be able to use it on a british network. Any help would be appreciated.
