I've long been enamored by the power of audio to foster language acquisition. YES, I think video great but if well chosen, pure audio wins hands down. For many well researched reasons.

In this vein, I've started constructing an audio page for teachers / learners.

Lots there and I'd appreciate if you could mention something worthy to post up. I can pretty much "crawl" and set up anything given new api applications.Very much "under construction"!

Of interest will be the Korean folktales, please tell your coteachers/staff about them. Cathy Spagnoli read them and she is a workshopper/presenter who has been to Korea often. Great voice and she's inspired me through all our conversations. Just great for foreign teachers to learn a bit of Korean folklore/culture....

That's a very interesting collection even from a non-TEFL perspective.

Thanks YBS - and it is necessarily "broad" in the sense that I think of TEFL as not just a narrow "subject" but as a more cultural entity which encompasses and parades the "whole" of the English language. But also meant for teachers and their interests.

Aggregation, imo, is / will be changing the face of the internet. It will look much the same probably, but the actual content will be so different. Users can now bring whatever they want, to them. No searching and "wasting" so much time (not really wasting time but still inefficient, how we presently search). We have some pretty cool aggregators on EFL Classroom 2.0 that I've put together. What's New keeps all the new stuff of TEFL in one place....
