Hello,
I have a single entry visa and I want to get a multi-entry visa. I work for a public school (GEPIK) and I live in Suwon. I have a British passport. What do I need to do? |

When you go to the airport go to see immigration. You will be able to get a multiple entry visa for free. For other nationalities it costs some cash. |

Are you sure about that? Unless things have changed, when I went to the airport it was only possible to get a single re-entry visa... They told me I could only get a mutliple re-entry at an immigration office (that wasnt at the airport). |

As a Brit, re-entry permits are free.
You have 2 choices:
1) stop into the immigration office at the airport each time you fly for a single re-entry permit. There is no limit on how many times you can do this.
2) stop by your LOCAL immigration office (suwon district) and get a multiple re-entry permit.
In both cases it takes about 15 minutes after you get to the counter and fill in the application form. |

Work extension is 30k won.
Multi re-entry is 50k won (assuming you are not from the UK).

If you notice you have a single entry visa in your passport and you plan on international travel during your 1 year work visa, then go ahead and get it while at immi applying for your ARC. This is what I did so I wouldn't have to worry about it in a time crunch as getting to Incheon for a flight is enough of a time management challenge on the 1st day of a vacation. I paid 50,000 won for it. And I'm ready to come and go as necessary. |

Yeah, I always get it at immy. We leave the country 2 or 3 times a year so it's cheaper that way. What are they for a single at the airport, 35 right? |
