If you agreed to work on holidays the pay is probably part of your salary, unless it's specifically mentioned in your contract that you get paid extra.
I've never heard of anyone getting time and a half in Korea. Personally, I've never worked a holiday, but I do get credited for the hours for any holiday. So if those hours take me over my contract hours for the month I'll get regular OT pay as stated in my contract. |
