I cant find their email address on their website.


They've sent me email but when I try to respond I get an error message saying that address doesnt exist.


Are we not able to email them?

Put simply, no. Possibly, if you visit there in person and ask for a calling card of one of the officers on duty, they could give you that, but usually e-mail isn't considered a reliable means of communication, or is subject to abuse, therefore no contact by e-mail.

Put simply, incorrect.

They have a system for e-mail communications.

Looks like a useful service. However, what if you need to respond to or enquire about an issue which is already in the process of being dealt with by whoever, and thus necessitates direct contact with the office concerned?
