|
|
Many of the Koreans I know in South Korea feel that getting a tourist visa to the US is "impossible," and go to Canada instead. Those that
I know are generally single women, and they've been "told" that they shouldn't even bother trying.
Does anyone know of young women (20s, 30s) unmarried, who have successfully received visas to the US? And if so, how did they do it? |

They have to be able to show that they're not going there to stay. For example, their father is a government employee and in good standing, have money, etc. My wife and her brothers all applied for a tour visa back in 1994 (they were all in university at the time) and all were issued tourist visas. |

Koreans don't want to be "tourists" in the USA- they want to live in the USA. They do all of that bi1ching and flag burning here, but they ALL want to go live in the USA. |
