Philippines, etc.? I read an article a little while back about this and saw it mentioned here. Has there been any progress on this subject? |

I wouldn't recommend it, last time I was in the Philippines I had to slow my English speed down so they could understand me. Sure they "can" speak it, but in general not at a level high enough to teach. |

Which means it will probably happen.
That being said, I am sure there are lots of people from there, that can teach English well. |
