I'm pretty sure this will count as number three.
Just reported that Isaac Hayes has just died. Yes, he was one of the founding fathers of R&B and rap, and wrote the theme for Shaft. But, he was also the voice for Chef on Southpark. |

| I've never found this. One celeb dies and then chance sometimes has another celeb dying within a reasonable time. And then every notes deaths come in threes. And then everyone forgets about it, never enumerating the third death. |
