Is there an independent site that has reviews/experiences about all the recruiters and ESL places? Like a Yelp for ESL/Recruiters? Could be split into countries too for those ESL in Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, etc.
If not, would any of you want to make one with me?
I'm thinking Drupal.
