I just got my 360 modded and have been trying to download games through torrentz. One of the four games i've downloaded has actually worked. Does anyone have a site that they would recommend going through?

One of my students says that he goes through a Korean site that charges 700won per game but each game is guaranteed to work. Are there any sites like that for English speakers?

Also, if anyone has any experience playing burned games on LIVE I'd love to hear about them.

thx

I had my Xbox 360 modded before, just after my friend did. We had a blast for awhile but Microsoft is not stupid and eventually they will catch you should you choose to play a burned game on Xbox live. They're constantly doing updates and finding ways to detect if you're console is modded. If they find it is modded that console is BANNED for life, meaning you cannot use that console to go on live again, no matter how much modding is done.
That being said, if Live is NOT important to you and just prefer to play offline then yeah you can have a great time and save tons of money. I've personally gone the legal route now and I'm pretty happy, no worries about my console getting banned so all is great. Plus LIVE rocks. Good luck.....

Thanks for the exact reply i was not looking for. I knew someone was going to make me aware of the risks of playing with fire. There are ways, not too extreme, to get your banned box back on LIVE. Besides, it's also not that difficult to stay ahead of microsoft. With every one of their updates there is a group of fifteen year old geniuses ready to make the patch. I'm really just looking for a reliable place to download.

Ok well good luck to you. Hey I'm not against downloading, heck I do it all the time. I just was sharing what happened to me and a friend. I have a membership to blackcats-games.net so you can keep an eye out if registrations open up. That is the grand-daddy site of downloading games.
