This coming Saturday, I'm heading home for a week's (much needed) vacation. I'm wondering what would be the best route to take as far as money goes? Should I exchange my Won for traveller's cheques at my bank? Or should I just exchange the Won for pounds/Euro as currency?
I'm not exchanging a lot of money, just about a million won. Does anyone know what the fees are for traveller's cheques, if I go that route?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. |

Exchange it for the currency of your choice BEFORE you leave.
Do NOT take won out of the country and you are not talking about enough money to justify waiting at the bank and going through the hassle of buying T/Cs. |
