I hope you guys find someone to rent. Your best bet would be to go to all the real estate offices in that area and tell them about your place.
I think the place is expensive for 12 pyeong. You can get rooms at the Doosan We've Centium officetel for 10 mil desposit/800,000 monthly rent, and those are around 15 pyeong and the location is 3 minute walk to Yeoksam station, 5 minute walk to Gangnam station. Right behind Posteel tower.
For 10 mil and 1.155 mil a month you can get a 20-25 pyeong officetel place right by Gangnam/yeoksam station area. |

| Sorry about that, I thought it was 12 pyeong but its actually 19. I heard its because of the position of the apartment why its priced as it is. |

Aye, thats more in line with the prices in the area. Any additional information? Like, is the maintence fee included in the rent? How abouy utils? |
