Just wondering if someone can tell me what this shirt says..

Apparently it is the rage in Beijing among the foreign tourists right now! All the foreigners in Beijing from children to the elderly are buying and wearing them outside the Olympic venues. The person who is marketing it is making millions of Chinese Yuan off of terrified Olympic visitors.
Actually the Shirt is in Japanese. I have no idea.
