I heard there is a kiosk/store that sells cheap cellphones; where is it located in the center? |

The center isn't very big. If I remember rightly it's about 4ft to your right when you go in the door. I'm sure you'll find it if you make it there!
Also, I doubt they're cheaper in the Global Center than anywhere else and probably more expensive. I recommend you go to any LG telecom store (preferably one with a sale on) anywhere in the country. Take a Korean friend if you don't speak any Korean though. No deposit and a decent cellphone for $10-$50 if there's a sale on. Highly recommended. (once upon a time a few years ago I bought a rubbish pay-as-you-go/card-phone/pre-pay phone for $60 in Itaewan which rarely worked. It wasn't worth returning it though since I lived a $32 bus ride away at the time. New is the way to go!)
Avoid SK Telecom because they want a 400k deposit if you're not Korean. KTF.. I'm not sure.. probably not as helpful as LG though. |

Great, thanks! I need to get one soon, but I gather I need my new ARC first. Do you think if I being my contract and passport and other necessary documents showing I am employed that they might let me get a phone? |
