Just wondering what everyone thought about ordering a car from that site. It says "Price Negotiable" on a number of the cars I've checked out, so has anyone negotiated a price on there? What kind of condition are the cars in when you buy them? Each car has it's own inspection and everything is checked "ok." Well how "ok" is "ok"? Are there additional fees after ordering? (Outside of the registration and the insurance). Do they help with insurance?

I bought my avante on there and it was good they provided an english inspection report and negotiation on price was no problem.

I bought an older model avante so maybe they negotiated a bit more as they wanted to move it out.

they had a woman there that spoke english and she helped with the sales person. they organisied the insurance and transfer of title and all was done in just a few hours.

i have heard some bad things about them from koreans but from experience I had no problems at all.

I've actually heard good things from them from Koreans but I wanted to see how they deal with foreigners.

Ok. After trying to deal with them for a few days, I have one complaint: They don't respond to emails about interest in their vehicles. I've emailed them about two different cars and have yet to hear back from them. However, the cars are now sold.

So. If you're looking at SK Encar and you find something you like, give them a call or go to the store. I'll write about how that works out when I've tried it.

yes the woman worked for them. at the seoul office.

yes the cars sometimes move quickly and sometimes takes a few days to respond. so best to be pretty quick and maybe go in if your close.

once I got my first reply I simply replied to the email and not submit a new inquiry on the website.

when I went there they showed me a few other cars aswell they have a lot so maybe best just to go in there and talk to them.
