You missed it man. Pepero was being given out on the streets a couple days ago. I got a bunch left over if you want to grab some at a reasonable price.

My bathroom cabinet!
OK, kidding aside I've always seen some at the little black market shop attached to Hannam Supermarket. Also, I'm sure the black market shops in Namdaemun carry it, especially the ones underground down the little ramp in the middle of the market. |
