Hey, I've been trying to find a good map of Seoul online, but I haven't been able to find the one I want.

Basically, if I could find the one they have posted in any subway station, I would be happy.

Something that shows all of the subway lines, and where they actually go, to scale. Oh, and in English would be great, but I'll settle for Korean if that's all I can get.

Thanks.

http://english.metro.seoul.kr/

on the right, there is a seoul map. You will need to install something, it will pop up for you. Don't think the map works on firefox.

I use the map all the time. Shows subways, and their exit numbers, certain stores, and parks, hospitals, things of interest. I think there is a filter on it to, so you can choose what you what displayed.

yeah, those in the subway are pretty cool - I've asked about them before - never mind, let's not go there!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

basically if you go to a Kyobo book store (maybe others also) you can find a map of Seoul - w/actual true directions of the subway on it - that is, where they really are as opposed to just making them fit on a page -

I'm looking at mine now and it says it was 7000 won and there's a telepone and name on it:

Sung Ji Mun Hwa Co., Ltd.
02 795-7200
031 955-7477

well, looking further here's a website and I just checked it so it works fine, just is in K:

http://www.sjmap.co.kr/

I can't tell you how useful this map is and has been to me - and if you don't know where you are and where something else is, it's difficult to use the Seoul bus map online as well -

it has the dongs on it as well as the gus in Seoul - very useful.

good luck.
