I'm not sure if it is because it is 125 , but I got insurance when I bought it
It cost 150 bucks for the year. |

If you have a driver's license you just trade it in at the Korean Driving Center thing |

You'll still 'officially' need plates and insurance which is mandatory for anything over 100cc. There's a thread elsewhere covering all this. |
