I'm literally going insane because I can't find anything. My Korean coworkers don't know where anything is, so who does? Almost everything I've found was due to getting on my bicycle and searching for things. I've found Googling is also useless for Korea in English.
Where are the pools? I want to find one that is 5m deep and a normal pool in the Mokdong area that has free swim.
Please list where to find any pools and mention if they are 5m if you know of any. I know there is a 5m pool at the Sports Complex which is a little far but I haven't gone there to check it out yet.
I'm also trying to find a dive shop to buy some QUALITY snorkeling equipment. Surely, there is a dive shop in Seoul.
Any help is appreciated! |

there is one near the coex. its both a dive shop and a skydiving shop.
i was lost when i found it but it should be near the samseong subway stop. i think it was near the skymall place (the place to buy airline tickets and the duty free store)....pm me and i might be able to get you better directions |

this is precisely why I left the country for summer vacation.
imagine being stuck here in hot and humid weather with no local swimming pool or hole to go to.
of course Koreans don't believe in tanning (though the ones I've seen with a tan look great, it should be readily apparent a tan is always better than pallid skin, even Asian)
this is also why I will do everything to get the hell out of Dodge in the winter as well. |
