its flood control.....if that wasnt in there, someone could get an account and post 1000 threads in every forum with 1000 posts and *beep* everything up.....
small price to pay really....its only like 30 seconds. go look at porn in the mean time or something..... |

Well usually I want to check on threads i posted something the day before, so i use the search function to remind me where i've been.
Only it doesn't work. 
it is, a real impediment to using these forums properly. But "Dave'sesl" runs like a cheap hogwon I see: nothing fixed and no improvements ever made. |

| Works fine if you know how to do it. Just click on the back button history and scroll down to search (there will be two search in a row, you hit the top one) hit that and when the page comes up just refresh it. |

I never had that problem until recently.
The server for this forum must have replaced an employer who knew what he was doing with an employer who DIDN'T know what he was doing.
By the way, why can't we post pictures on this forum when we used to be able to?
Is the server for this forum following the Second Law of Thermodynamics by deteriorating? |

We can't post pictures because some guy was using that function to post porn...so the mods removed it. |
