So my GF and I are moving out of our house soon and want to find someone to take it over. It would be perfect for a couple or some room mates. The apt is 5 mins walk from Hangangjin station and 5 mins walk from the bus stop. It�s super quiet and private with 3 marts nearby.

Here are some details:

Key money/deposit: 10 million
Rent (per month): 950 000won
Size: 32 pyeong (105 m2 )
Floor: 3rd (4 floors total)
Bedrooms: 3 (1 master with bathroom, 1 med size currently an office and 1 small which is being used as a walk in wardrobe)
There are 2 small balconies (1 off the living room and 1 off the master bedroom)
The living room is large with kitchen included.
It includes some furniture.
There is also a private underground parking spot.

The remaining lease is till April 2009.
