So my home internet is "opso" and I've been going to the PC Bang a lot to get my internet fix.
I like playing Starcraft at PC Bangs: it's fun and it feels like the perfect place to play it. I normally play this game with a friend, but I also normally only go to PC Bangs with a friend or two so I've been logging into Battle.net instead.
Anyway, everytime I browse for servers, it takes me about ten minutes to find one that will work. I click and click; finally get it, then the server collapses, I browse again; click some more, finally get in, and then when a very tempting four on four match begins: everyone quits!
One player will quit, than a second, then a third... I wanted to play Starcraft pretty bad so I fought with the system for about thirty minutes, eventually giving up because I couldn't get into one game. Either the server closed, I got booted or banned for no reason, or I did get in and all the players quit in the first ten seconds.
One time I did get in and all the players on my team quit so I was slaughtered by the four remaining on the other team.
Anyone else find this frustrating? Is this common behaviour for Koreans online? |

Happens to me too dude.
Perhaps trying a third party server such as fish server will give you better luck. Since it's unofficial, people are probably less concerned about their win/loss stats, and more likely to just play for fun.
If your account has a bad win/loss ratio itself, your teammates quitting could be due to that. Usually if you join, the people see your stats right away, but generally servers start the game immediately. Thus people quit soon after being in the game. Or, if they see your starting strategy is weak, they may quit for that reason too.
Make a new BN account. Work hard on the first 3minutes of your micro/gameplay, and it'll probably happen half as much.
