If I have two recruiters look for a position with Epic or the individual poe could this be a problem, especially if both recruiters are authorized to hire for the same locations? |

First of all, the recruiter doesn't work for the teacher. Second, what is the rationale that there would be any problem? I heard about this rule, but I don't understand it fully.
It seems like it only empowers the recruiters to screw the teachers over by not allowing a "free market" competitive environment. |

What about Epik coming across the same applicant for the same positions from two different recruiters? |

It means the applicant is considering working at one of those schools, what's the big deal? That would be like being upset because a person has 2 interviews. That person is simply looking for the right school to work at. Why force a luck of the draw scenario on teachers? Maybe if teachers found a school they wanted to work at, they would work there longer and there wouldn't be as many problems.
It's not the army, they don't need to draft us. We should be able to choose. |

What you really need to do is relax. I count 5 (five) threads that you have started that are on the main page. Getting a job in Korea is easy, meeting people in Korea is easy, interviewing for anything should be easy if you have somewhat of a personality.
For all three of the above, if someone doesn't like you, screw em, move on to the next thing.
Yes, moving to another country is a big thing. Yes, it is good to be prepared. But having someone hold your hand the entire time is not the way to live life. Take a step back, try to think of some plan of action, make up your own mind.
You will get a job here. It is up to you to find the social life you deem necessary. |
