...last night about 4 am and have to get a blanket? It was chillllllly! I keep a light blanket on the bed until the middle of rainy season in June every year, but I'm sure I've never had to get a blanket out in August. This is great. The rain, not so much. (Wednesday and Thursday were perfect weather. I hope we're in for a long fall of weather like that.) |

Well, it didn't wake me up, but yes, yesterday and Wed as you pointed out were really good weather-wise. The super hot days are finally over. However, looks like we'll be getting quite a lot of rain....
Gots my blankets ready |

It sucks after fall, though. After all the trees die Korea starts to look really ugly. That's because the only thing saving a lot of places from being ugly is landscaping. |

That was perhaps the ugliest mama i've ever slept with. I don't know what I was thinking... but I blame the beer. |

I wore a jacket to school this afternoon because I wished I'd worn one this morning.
I agree about fall. It's often spectacular here. It's looking like we'll get two months of fall this year. You won't hear me complaining.
I'm a little curious what happened to summer. I only used my air con for about 2 weeks. Hurray for that. The less the better. |

Maybe if we're lucky we'll get an Indian summer and a couple of weeks of nice hot weather.....I hope. |

Indian summers only happen in India?
Down here on the south coast it has been quiet mild. Some nice periodic rain. It was hot hot for only about 2-3 weeks but now it's quite nice.
I'm moving back to Daegu next month. Sure glad I missed their summers. One was enough.
Kyungsang area (-buk & nam) down south has really wonderful weather, 'cept for Daegu in the summer. You do get some hurricane activity in Sept. but winters are mild and not so cold like Seoul. |

I heard that summer in Daegu this year was awful. I'm an hour away, and it was nice. Hot but not always muggy. I spent some time up in TDC and the winter there wasn't pleasant. I like it where I am though I do really groove on hurricane and typhoons. |
