visa question. i'm in the process of obtaining an f-4 visa for the simple purpose that from what i've read, it's easier to navigate the ESL job market than with an E-2 (not illegal to do private, no letter of release req'd, etc.)
What I would like to know is that can I obtain both an E-2 AND an F-4? if a potential employer is willing to offer me a round trip ticket to Korea if i get an E-2, i'd rather do that to save the money for a ticket.
Can I pull a runner w/o any restrictions either? i'd lose the E-2 but i'd still have the F-4 to use, so I theoretically see no problem with that. but i'd rather be sure than find out the hard way. thx in advance. |
