Thought I would update you on my research into the subject.
It would seem that Dream TV in the Philippines is not accessible to South Korea. We are outside of the satellite reception footprint. Though it may be possible to receive some signals it is unlikely.
UBC Truevisions in Thailand is accessible however. You would need to purchase a satellite dish and a receiver here, and then find someone to purchase the card in Thailand, specifically a Thai resident. One year on their Gold package is $500. If you purchase a receiver through UBC, then you can receive 6 months free service. Alternatively, you can pirate the card but that could be too exhaustive an undertaking for most people.
For anyone who cares. |

Thanks for the info, but you might want to just try downloading your favorite shows via bittorrent. It would save you a ton of time and money. |

Not convenient.
I like to channel surf and watch CNN or BBC in the morning.
I also like to watch many shows that are not available on torrents. Like the Cartoon Network. |
