Those job conditions don't describe the work environment at any school, crapwon or other, that I've ever worked at! In all seriousness, you might want to ask yourself if this is the vocation for you.

In the meantime, and to answer your question, I'd say shoot for the biggest crapwon chains in Seoul and only teach adults. Gotta say though, if the attitude in your OP comes through in the interview, you'll be hard pressed to land the job.
