I am teaching out of a book called Teps 600. The text is composed of multiple choice questions written in English with the answers marked. The reasoning for the choice is written in Korean. I feel like the blind leading the blind. I guess at the reasoning behind the choices and some of the students have the same book as I do with the reasoning written in Korea. Am I teaching them anything? Is there something else I can do? |

Not necessarily a good teaching method but very popular with the parents is to give your students piles of vocabulary to write out in English and Korean as homework then have vocabulary tests at the beginning of every class. |

Get someone to translate the Korean bit's. At least the students will learn some classroom English and you'll pick up some usefull classroom Korean that might come in handy. |
