I haven't tried to do 100 push-ups recently, but it's not that hard, is it? |

I just managed 14 consecutively. Yes 14. I think I'll try this challenge so I can look in the mirror again. |

If you don't do pushups regularly then doing 100x without a break is very hard. Most people can barely manage 10 or 20. 5 sets of 20x or so would be easy for me, but 100 straight? I think that's pretty tough.
Actually 99.5% of the posters on this board are apparantely double-hard bastards in real life (according to them), so perhaps I'm in a minority here if I can't do 100 pushups non-stop.. |

I can do 40. Really.
But 100 is next to impossible for anyone except body builders. If you can only do less than 60 now, you might as well forget it. |

Let the One Up game begin! I'll get us started:
I'm among 99.5% who can laugh at Hyeon Een like a Great Dane at a Poodle. I can do 100 pushups with one hand. Then I go on to do something difficult. |

I never do a set more than 35, usually 30.
I do more than 1 set, unless I jump rope in the morning.
I'm in! |

I sometimes do 20 in the morning, but got up 40 a couple of weeks ago. 2 weeks of holiday food and beer has brought me down to about 20 again.
I don't know that body builders are the best people at doing press ups to be frank. |

Doing full push-ups, floor to arms locked out, 100 is a good challenge. I can do more than most of my athletic friends and I've never done more than 65 I think in a set. I can only do about 30 if I haven't been working out. |

I started this. I need to max out my Army PFT (75 pushups) so I thought it'd be a good starting point. So far it seems a little easy. It should hopefully pick up difficulty around week 3. |

I used to do fifty. Can't think of why I would want to do 100 though. That's a lot of pushups.
I saw a video once (maybe on tv) of some prison guard who could like 5000 pushups or something sick like that.
I watched a US Army ranger colonel do 70 ranger pushups in a minute. That was one drunk night in Itaewon years ago. |

When I was in top shape in high school and college I passed 80. Now I max out between 40 and 50. I might give it a try, but what the test doesn't seem to take into account is how much you'll hurt by maxing out a few times each week. |

Sit ups no problem, chin ups a few but push ups are a bitch. I don't know why. I think my feet are too big. |

100 Pushups No problem - Done
I don't care for doing them like that since I would loose hand speed. I prefer 5 sets of 40, with bag work.
You want a challange do 30 Divebomber push ups or 20 consecutive clap pushups..
I have a specific routine for a sport related activity. |
