i need to know for sure if this is either legal or ilegal, there is another thread about this, though its filled with other stuff too and i need to email my recruiter
my hagwon wanted me to work on saturday as a 1 off for some event they were holding. in brief i refused and had a load of earache from my boss.
the other hagwon is part of the same franchise and my employer woud be paying me.
would the other school (i.e schools address) have to have been listed on my arc anyway for it to be legal? |

It is a grey area.
IF your school branch is participating in the event (students present) then it is OK - a field trip if you will.
If your school branch is NOT directly participating (meaning their students are not present) in the event then it is illegal as you will be "working" at another location that is NOT authorized.
