A clean, like new toaster oven used only a few times since purchace in Jan. '08. Drawbacks- need a converter box as this is U.S. spec oven & too small to cook a full sized pizza. Pros- high quality stainless steel, attractive unit that toasts smaller things like pop tarts etc. quickly and evenly.
