I've been offered a job in Mokpo English Village....anyone worked in/know someone who's worked in an English village? Whats the difference between teaching there and at a hagwon? |

English Villages tend to be about edutainment. Expect to feel very much like you're on public display.
Hagwons really vary, from absolutely farcical to far too serious. |

Mokpo is like 6 hours from Seoul by ktx or something. I might visit there some weekend, but I'd never want to live there. |

Six hours?
It is a three hour train ride on the KTX. Mokpo isn't a bad place to live either. OP if you could send me a PM, I can put you in touch with people who work/ed for MPEV.
