Im heading back to korea in a few weeks and have a question for any returning brits about immigration.

I have my transcripts, degree and criminal check. Do I have to get this apostiled in the UK or can I just bring it to Korean and get it done there. I will be using the return ticket back so am going to find work whilst back in Seoul, then do the visa run to Japan. It seems getting it done in the UK would be expensive.

Thanks

You can notarize your criminal record check at the UK embassy and that's fine for immigration (apparently).

That's right - just take your CRC to the Embassy (before 1pm) and they stamp it there and then. Costs just under 60,000.
