I don't know how to use my washing machine. Can someone help translate the following? Online translator came up with some funky translations.

표준 / 삶 음 --> online translator -> standard/boiling

함 섬 --> box island (no idea what this means)

란 제 리 --> column (???)

울 --> it will cry (??)

손 세 탁 --> small wash

급 속 --> rapidity

이 불 --> this fire (??)

유아복--> infantil luck (???)

please help.

This is your standard wash - so wash your cotton and stuff with this. It also takes the longest

Are you sure this is right?

good luck with those Korean sloshing around pieces of crap.
Even my landlord who's lived in the US understand how much they suck.
He says there are no center post machines because the govt says they use up too much energy.

so you get the "dirty water slosh".

I was even more shocked when told most Koreans don't use hot water to wash their clothes. I had to get mine connected to hot water!!!!

get good detergent and my advice would be to do small loads so you can use small amount of water. On a "strong wash" setting, the sloshing around actually has some vigor and may actually wash something.

with a big load, it's like turds flowing around in a dirty pool.
