I live in Changwon. I need some eye glasses, and I dig the prescription glasses that Korean have for sure. But I no little Korean. How does the process work of picking out the glasses, specifically the eye exam? How does the exam work if I don't know the Korean language system? How do they get a non-Korean speaker's eye prescription? Any help would be appreciated.

The process is easy, just go into an eye glass store and one of the workers will give you the basic eye exam, they use the same one as is used in the states so just do it normally. The exam is free and glasses tend to be pretty cheap here...
