I use these in gyms in the US for about $30 a month and they are my preference for cardio workouts. The problem is that my local area only has one gym with no stair climbing machines; only treadmill. And they want 60,000 won a month for access to a tiny gym so I'm trying to put together my own equipment.
I want to buy a stair climber for cardio fitness, a mountain bike to ride around the area, and a set of weights to build strength.
