Hi folks,
I'm looking for a plain steel frame and box spring for the super single mattress that someone gave me. I'm in Sinchon and all the furniture stores I've been to don't sell these.
Do any stores sell these in Seoul? I prefer this set-up so that I can store stuff underneath my bed.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks |

For cheap beds and bedroom furniture, go to 2001Outlet, out EXIT 1 of DangSan Station (Green #2 line). You can buy just the bed and frame.
For a pricier assortment, go to the furniture store above the YonHyoiDong International Market. The fastest way there is probably to take a cab from the farthest Eastern exit of HongDae Station. |

Go to the furniture market in Ahyeon-dong. You can get a box spring at a place like Ace Bed or Simmons. Might be a bit pricey though. ]
Don't know about the steel frame...most of them seem to be wood. I've seen wooden frames on Gmarket that are off the ground for storage. |

Ah, didn't see the whole box spring thing. The Korean brands/imports usually are way over priced, and the beds aren't too attractive, IMHO. Most people just have a steel frame bed with header/fooder and then the mattress; boxsprings aren't too common as far as I know. |
