I just recently bought a Cyvox game pad and cannot figure out how to get it working with my emulators. Running nestopia, zsnesw, fusion and mame... Is the controller not compatible with the emulators? Or am I just missing something extremely obvious.

Try using Xpadder. It's a great piece of freeware that lets you assign keyboard commands to gamepads.
