This was attached to my electric bill for the month of August. I understand Internet Billing and hello. That's all. Plus 200 won. What is this all about? Is it telling me about a new way in which I can pay my bill online, with a surcharge of 200 won?

It says if you pay your bill with internet billing you get a 200 won discount every month.  |

dunno who CLG is...but nothing good in his photobucket....lots of pics of guys and some fugly korean girls  |
