Like pairing up sets of two students to create something or whatnot. I find Korean kids or culture doesn't really value individuality (or they are scared to be different) so is there good exercises where two or more students can work together on something you would suggest?

Maybe interviewing each other for a dream job?

Maybe your students can search the internet to see who can find the biggest picture of John McCain?

It would depend on the lesson.

I almost always try to have a group activity.
Have them be creative with what they learned that class...I mean the possibilities are only limited by your brain/resources.

What are you teaching this week?

I've been tinkering around with group activites based upon writing as many things down as possible.

Hopefully to encourage as many students as possible to participate and at leaast everyone can have a say in something. I try to make them competitve teams too so that way they have to apply some creative thinking.

It's great but it usually only emphasizes writing and not speaking... which is a huge downside to it.
