What's your poison?

I usually jump around to different kinds here. Some days I'll want Marlboro Lights, others Parliaments. Sometimes I'll go with a Menthol.

While in Korea I haven't been loyal to a particular brand. In the US, I only smoked Camel Turkish Silvers. The smoothest cigarettes I've ever had.

I only smoked Turkish Silvers or Royals (Royals taste a little better IMO) in the US, but now I pretty much smoke Cigar No.5.

When I first got here I smoked Dunhills, just because they were about 50% more expensive than domestic brands in America but were the same price here. Then I switched back to Parliment lights and every friend I have who has bummed a smoke off me since has switched brands. Parliments are the official hipster cigarettes of America.

When I arrived I started to smoke raisons I think, something with a cat on them, they were horrid.....

Now I smoke Dunhill, but only when I drink.....

Dunhill Reds here. Marlboro Virginia Blend or whatever it's called when I'm back home.

I'd smoke a tree if it were strong enough.

You CAN smoke trees here; I believe they're pine tree cigarettes and called "솔" or sth if they're still around.

I gave smoking up nearly two years ago, but the smokes I smoked the most here were '88 Lights(commemorating the Olympics!)...cheap and somewhat close to the flavour of DuMurier Kings or Craven A Kings I used to smoke back home. Tried Dunhills and the few kinds of American smokes on offer but found them all to be not much better than ass. Personally found "This" to be one of the worst tasting "most-popular" smokes in Korea a long time ago. Kind of the way I found Player's Light to be harsh and wretched back home. Therefore, stuck to the '88s for quite some time. Switched to something else a couple of years before quitting, but can't for the life of me remember the name.

I smoked DuMaurier Regular back in Canada. They're great. Don't like the King Size though. Filter's too big for me.

Canada: Players Lights (or the cheaper knock-offs Canadian Classics)
Korea: Malboro Reds

Two cigarettes that have totally different tastes. If you ever want to set Korean guys up for a major disappointment bring back some Canadian cigarettes and watch their excitiment as they open the packet and then their disgust as breath in the first drag.

WOW,

What a collection of LOSERS!

But thank you for advertising your filthy habit, and promoting your stupidity.

A cigarette is like a wh@#$;

- It's cheap.
- It's addictive.
- You have to pay to get your fix.
- It's the only thing that will voluntarily touch your lips.
- Agressivly low quality.
- Often shared.

Cigar no.6 for now - Dunhill Red in a pinch. The rest of the cigs here are the equivalent of a combination of newspaper, kim, dogpoo and dried used medical gauze. And what's the deal with the local smokers and their 1mg smokes? Sincerely - 1mg or 6 or 10 - if you're concerned about how much tar or nicotine you're putting into your body, quit.
