Well, V3 sucks rocks.
I've always hated it. I protested against the forced-loading of it on my computer by the support staff at our school. I had no choice. It's their computer, not mine. It's too slow to load much else on along with it.
Well, despite a scan as early as this morning, I was attacked by some form of virus/malware combination. Avast has been catching (and deleting) it at my home recently (it's coming from my wife's work computer, which the company never bothered to load with any anti-virus program -- actually, none of their computers had any anti-virus on them, until today). But V3 at work... hell no.
Apparently her office got hit, and they're buying an anti-virus program for their system, too.
Of course, they're investing in a Korean program which probably won't catch the problem anyway. |

| My PS uses the same thing and it fails miserably. The daily connection to the server for updates is a joke, it will lock up most of the PC's in the office. I wish I could uninstall it, but... |

V3 is pure trash. Koreans use it because it's Korean.
My wife's office finally got Kapersky for all of their computers. That's a very good AV and Anti-adware program, but it's also about the most expensive. |
