[size=18]I'm leaving Korea and trying to help my landlord find a new tenant.
The apt. is in Edae back gate, near Yonsei KLI. The room is nothing special but the landlord is nice, honest, and speaks English well.
Also, the other tenants seem pretty reasonable and it's a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the fun loud neighborhoods.
Rent is 380,000원 per month with a 1 million deposit. |

| Sadly, no. I'll try and get one up. But basically, it is a one room...I've seen smaller but you definitely won't be setting up a volleyball court in here. It does have a very small separate area that allows you to hang your laundrey without it being in your living space though. |
