So, I never have problems surfing either site from home, but if I use a public or work machine with IE 7, the news from digg.com is completely missing and reddit automatically goes into a "korean gaming" news section that has no articles, then you have to manually reset all the listings.

What the hell.

Problem 1) you're using IE.

it is easy to use a proxy server when you are school. I often go through wired to check reddit as wired isn't blocked.

That's the thing; it's not being fully blocked. If I use firefox or chrome, or surf from home, it's fine. But at a pc bang and at work (on IE) all the news stories just aren't there. You can access the site, but you can't really see anything.

I've had no problems with digg. Don't use the other one, so I can't tell you if it has been blocked.
