Is there a place around Itaewon where I can get get documents scanned and ready for email? I'm asking this because it looks like I'm being offered a decent job in China, but they're asking for a scan of my educational certificates. |

Ask around a few of the PC rooms. About 1 in 4 have a scanner and printer available for use.
Printers are hit and miss at the best of times. They may have a printer but won't have ink.
As an alternative, any fedex/kinkos or copy shop can do it for you. I don't know about at Itaewon but there is one that is usually open 24/7 (but they may be closed today) at exit 1 of City Hall station. Top of the stairs and look to your immediate right.
