Can someone please translate the food label on the back of most food?
Serving size, and servings per container, calories, fat, sugar, carbs, etc.

And I've got a co-teacher that protests loudly, saying Korean calories are different than US/Canadian calories (kilocal vs. Calories) so that 100kilocalories does not equal 100 Calories... Please tell me that's so accurate.

Thanks a million!

I usually just look for calories, they're pretty obvious, they have the standard roman "kcal" after the amount. Salt is 소금, I think. I know that it's pronounced sog-um. The only other one I know is 나트륨, which is sodium, a big factor if you're eating a lot of Korean food.

Oh, and it sounds like your CT is incorrect. The Calorie amounts on korean food are just what you'd expect them to be, it's got to be the same system
